The PEACH Award was created in 2018 by City Manager Tony Lucas to annually recognize an employee for outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude. PEACH is an acronym for Positive Employees Are Conyers Heartbeat. 

The 2023 PEACH Award was presented to Conyers Security Alert Technician Charles "CB" Bryant at an employee breakfast held on February 22, 2024, at the Georgia International Horse Park Carriage Room.
