Bridge Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project

The Conyers City Council is seeking proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing all labor, materials, and equipment for a Bridge Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project at various locations in the City.  Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EST. located at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012.  Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Wednesday, November 27, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. EST.  Written responses will be issued in an addendum. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.  Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
