Residents and business owners affected by the BioLab incident can seek assistance at the BioLab Community Assistance Center, located at 927 North Main Street NW, Conyers, GA 30012. Appointments can be scheduled online at www.BioLabCommunityResources.com, and a limited number of walk-in appointments are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis. BioLab opened the Community Assistance Center on Tuesday, October 15. It is located at 927 North Main Street NW, Conyers, GA 30012 on the grounds of the First Methodist Church of Conyers.

• The Community Assistance Center will be open 6 days a week, from 10AM–6PM on Monday to Friday, and 10AM–3PM on Saturday.
• Residents can visit the assistance center for questions about potential reimbursement for expenses related to the incident.

BioLab Call Center 

• The BioLab Call Center is open and can be reached 24/7 by calling 678-301-2359.
• The Call Center staff will assist with evaluating and processing reimbursement requests from local residents and businesses as well as answering general questions. 
• Residents can also submit requests by e-mailing BioLabClaims@biolabinc.com. 

BioLab Debris Pickup

• Community members can request debris removal by e-mailing DebrisPickup@biolabinc.com or by calling their Debris Hotline at 770-697-7522.

BioLab Community Liaison

• The BioLab Community Liaison, Dexter Porter, is a resident of the Conyers Community and long-time BioLab employee at the Conyers facility. To reach Dexter, residents can e-mail CommunitySupport@biolabinc.com.
