The Conyers Mayor, City Council, and Rockdale County Board of Commissioners will hold a joint special called meeting Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City Hall - 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012.
