The Conyers Mayor and City Council will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on the following items:

1. An intergovernmental agreement by and between the City of Conyers, Georgia and Rockdale County Public School District. As a result of delays in the commencement of the approved projects, the City and the County desire to amend and restate the original agreement by modifying the term, the TAD Project Funding Limit and certain other provisions.

    

2. An amended and restated development agreement between the City of Conyers and IP-TL Conyers, LLC.
