The Conyers Mayor and City Council will hold a special called meeting to hold a work session covering the following topics:

1.         Proposed Ordinance No. 1214; for the issuance of a special use permit to establish a package liquor store in the gateway village – urban village (GV-UV) zoning district at 1081 Iris Drive SE.

2.         Proposed Ordinance No. 1215.  for the issuance of a special use permit to establish a transitional housing facility in the office-institutional (O-I) zoning district at 1555 Milstead Road NE.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 1194 Scott Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012.  The public is invited.  For more information please call (770) 483-4411.
