The World's Fastest Growing St. Patrick's Day Parade has been canceled due to what is currently known about the transmission and severity of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and from information passed on to city officials at the city of Conyers from the state, Rockdale County’s Emergency Management Agency Director Dan Morgan, and the Gwinnett Newton Rockdale Health Departments. The street party scheduled on Commercial Street will take place and is sponsored by Celtic Tavern, Sweet Treat Depot and Tin Plate featuring music by the Stratocats and food and drink specials.
