The City of Conyers will hold its Municipal General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 for the purpose of electing three Council Members.  One Council Member shall be from District 2, Post 2, one Council Member shall be from District 3, and one Council Member shall be from District 4.  The terms of office for all three of these elected positions shall be four-year terms, which shall begin on January 1, 2020 and shall end on December 31, 2023.

Voter registration for this election will end on October 7, 2019.  Only those persons who are residents of the City of Conyers and who are also registered voters of the City are eligible to vote in this election.

Absentee and In-Person voting begins October 15, 2019 and ends on November 1, 2019.  In-Person voting will be held at the Rockdale Board of Elections Office, 1261 Commercial Drive, SW, Suite B, Conyers, GA 30094.  Mailed Absentee ballots are to be returned to the Rockdale Board of Elections Office at 1261 Commercial Drive, SW, Suite B, Conyers, GA  30094, by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5, 2019.

The Election Day polls for said election will be at Conyers First United Methodist Church (for the Conyers Precinct) and at Springfield Baptist Church (for the Olde Towne Precinct) in Conyers, and those locations will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Location of the final count will be held beginning at 7 p.m. on November 5, 2019 at 1261 Commercial Drive, SW, Suite B, Conyers, GA  30094.
