A special called city council meeting will be held January 25-27, 2019 for the purposes of the Conyers Mayor and City Council's annual planning retreat. The meeting will be held at the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort at 4021 Lakeview Drive, Stone Mountain, Georgia.

The meeting is open to the public Friday, January 25, 2019 from 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2019, from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 27, 2019, from 9:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m. Executive session will be held from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. for the purposes of discussions related to personnel, potential litigation and property acquisition/real estate.
