A Charlie Brown Christmas story, "Christmas Time is Here," will be performed by Rockdale's citizens with disabilities on Thursday, November 29, at the Conyers-Rockdale Council for the Arts Black Box Theater at 7 p.m. and Friday, November 30, at J.P.
