The M.L. King parade committee of the Rockdale Think Tank Inc. presents the second annual M.L. King Parade on Monday, January 15. The parade will mark the 50th anniversary of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was assassinated on April 4, 1968. The parade kicks off at noon at Rockdale County High School and will circle Olde Town Conyers, ending up at the Rockdale County Auditorium at 903 Main Street with a program and guest speakers. Vendors will also be set up in the Rockdale County Courthouse parking lot. There is no fee to participate in the parade.
