The Rockdale County Parks and Recreation Department is bringing A Soulful Christmas to Conyers-Rockdale for the first time in its six-year run!  This magical tale, written and directed by Broadway veteran, Stepp Stewart, will be playing at the Rockdale Auditorium located at 903 Main Street, Conyers, GA 30012.

The Christmas tale tells the story of two young siblings who are granted a musical journey back in time that becomes a holiday history lesson all in one night. It will showcase the international dancing beauties, THE CHOCOLETTES, a soul version comparison to The Rockettes. Enjoy such Christmas classics as: Santa Claus is Coming To Town, Joy To The World, This Christmas, Silent Night, Go Tell It On The Mountain, Santa Baby, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and more. 

A Soulful Christmas is becoming one of the biggest holiday shows in the south. One of the show's lead producers was part of the creative process of the Broadway smash, HAMILTON. The Christmas production played at The Ensemble Theatre in Houston, TX for two consecutive years and was its top-selling, longest running show of the season.

The show will play on Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. It will also play on Dec. 15 and 16, at 8 p.m. and on Dec. 17 at 3 p.m.  Tickets for the Dec. 15 morning show are priced at $5.00 each.
