Court Services

The Department of Court Services is a division of the Conyers Police Department and oversees the administrative function of the city's municipal court system.

• The Municipal Court is responsible for handling all misdemeanor traffic cases and city ordinance violations initiated by the Conyers Police Department.
  
• The Probation division is responsible for monitoring compliance with court-ordered conditions of probation.
  
• The Community Service division is responsible for ensuring that court-ordered community service conditions are successfully completed.

City of Conyers Municipal Court now charges for Open Records Requests.  There is a fee of $3.00 per request.  Please be advised that the fee is subject to change based on information requested.  Documents will not be released until all fees are paid.
