Court Services

The Department of Court Services is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Municipal Court, probation and community service for the City of Conyers.

• The Municipal Court is responsible for handling all misdemeanor traffic cases and city ordinance violations initiated by the Conyers Police Department.
• The Probation section is responsible for monitoring compliance with court-ordered conditions of probation.
• The Community Service division is responsible for ensuring that court-ordered community service conditions are successfully completed.
