State of the City is 'great'

Mayor Randy Mills and the Conyers City Council presented the annual State of the City Address on Thursday, January 14, 2010 in the Georgia International Horse Park’s Carriage Room. More than 160 citizens and invited guests were in attendance for the swearing-in of Mayor Mills for his fourth term as mayor and the swearing-in of Councilman Chris Bowen and Councilman Cleveland Stroud.  More
